Purpose

The site presents the restaurant, tasting menu, events, private hire and adult casino salon. It provides practical information and is not financial, legal or medical advice.

No automatic booking

Email links open the visitor’s mail application. Sending a message does not reserve a table, event, price or casino session. A booking exists only after written confirmation from La Belle Cuisine and completion of any stated deposit requirement.

Accuracy and changes

We maintain the pages carefully, but dishes, prices, ingredients, producers, hours, event details, capacities and casino table limits can change. The most recent written confirmation and information displayed at the venue take priority.

Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, bypass controls or use information to assist a minor in entering the casino salon. Fraudulent booking requests may be refused.

Conduct at the venue

Guests must respect staff, other visitors, safety instructions and separate age-controlled areas. Aggressive, discriminatory, fraudulent or seriously disruptive behaviour can lead to refusal of service. Restaurant guests under 18 remain with a responsible adult and never enter the casino salon.

Casino information

Rules, probabilities and limits are educational. They do not provide a winning method or invitation to stake money. Guests may decline entry, watch without playing, pause or stop. Operational rules shown at the table apply.

Intellectual property

Names, writing, photography, visual identity and page compositions belong to La Belle Cuisine or authorised licensors. Personal viewing is permitted. Commercial reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires written permission.

Liability and force majeure

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for misuse, incompatible devices, third-party systems or indirect consequences. Obligations may be suspended by unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control.

Law, changes and contact

French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Updated terms are dated. Questions and amicable complaints may be sent to info@labellecuisinefr.com.

Restaurant and salon separation

A restaurant reservation does not include entry to a casino table, chips, a gambling budget or a promise that a specific game will be available. The salon can be closed for capacity, staffing, safety or a private event while the restaurant remains open. Guests who decline the salon continue to receive the same restaurant hospitality.

Links and email software

A mailto link uses the software configured on your device. We do not control whether that software opens correctly or whether a message reaches us. Check the recipient before sending and contact us by telephone if an urgent same-day issue is not acknowledged.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms removes rights that French consumer law makes mandatory. A guest should first describe a concern clearly, include the booking date and allow the team a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Where an external mediation route is legally applicable, the relevant details will be supplied with the response.

Severability

If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Headings are provided for navigation and do not narrow the meaning of the text.

Private events and proposals

A proposal is valid for the period written on it and only for the stated date, attendance and service. Changes require written agreement. Estimated elements become binding only when identified as confirmed. An organiser is responsible for communicating accepted house, age and cancellation rules to invitees.

Accessibility information

Published access descriptions concern the usual arrangement. Guests should describe specific equipment, transfer, sensory or timing needs before arrival. We make reasonable efforts to prepare the room but do not promise an adaptation until it is confirmed in writing.

Food information

Dish descriptions may use shortened ingredient lists. They are not complete allergen declarations. Guests remain responsible for communicating restrictions and reviewing our reply. A shared kitchen means that a complete absence of traces cannot always be guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

We date material updates. Contractual elements already confirmed for a reservation continue to be governed by the accepted correspondence, while general website-use rules may apply from publication. Continuing to browse after an update does not remove mandatory rights.
